Shipping

We process all orders within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. If you place an order over the weekend, it will be processed from the following Monday within 1 business day. Keep in mind that during holidays, limited-edition launches, and restocks, shipping and delivery times may vary. It usually takes 2-5 working days for your order to get delivered after it has been processed. 

Once your order is placed, we’ll provide an estimated shipping and delivery date based on your selected shipping option and item availability. 

Shipping Timelines & Cost

  • Standard Shipping (2 to 5 Business Days): $5.99 for orders between $0 and $70
  • Standard Shipping (2 to 5 Business Days): Free for orders $70 and up

Returns, Cancellations & Replacements

Returns

We want you to love every Uncover purchase, but we understand things can happen, and this is not always the case. For safety reasons, all sales are final. While we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges, we’re here to help with any issues that may arise!

Replacements

If your product arrives damaged or defective, let us know within 48 hours by emailing support@uncoverskincare.co , and we’ll gladly send a replacement (if available) or issue store credit for the item value. This credit can be used toward future purchases. If you have any questions or need further support, don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re always happy to assist!

Cancellations: 

For order cancellation requests, please reach out to support@uncoverskincare.co. However, please note that unfortunately, you cannot cancel an order once it has been shipped.

  1. Do you offer international shipping?
    Currently, we only ship within the US and Canada.
  2. When can I expect my order to ship?
    Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
  3. How do I track my order?
    You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order online.
  4. What if my package is lost or stolen?
    If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us right away! If you added shipping protection insurance at checkout, we can help ensure you receive a full refund or replacement.

  1. Can I change or cancel my order?
    We process orders quickly, but if you need to make a change or cancel, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes if your order hasn’t been processed yet. Unfortunately, once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
  2. What should I do if I accidentally entered the wrong address?
    Contact us immediately via email, and we’ll try to update the address if the order hasn’t been processed yet. If it’s already been shipped, the package may return to us, and we’ll refund your order (excluding shipping costs).
  3. What happens if an item is out of stock?
    If an item you ordered is out of stock, we’ll notify you and process a refund for the value of the item within 3-5 business days. You should see the refund within 10 business days, depending on your bank.

    Yes! Our products are formulated to be gentle and effective for all skin types, including sensitive skin. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out, and we can recommend the best products for your skin type.
  2. How should I store my Uncover products?
    We recommend storing your products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain their effectiveness.
  3. Do your products contain any harmful chemicals?
    No, we prioritize using safe, effective ingredients in all our products. Our formulations are free from parabens, sulfates, and other harsh chemicals.

General FAQs

  1. How can I contact customer support?
    You can reach us via email during our business hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm PT (excluding US national holidays). However, please note that we may take up to 24 hrs to respond to messages that come in.
  2. Do you offer gift cards?
    Yes, we do! Our gift cards make the perfect present for skincare lovers. Gift cards are valid for 365 days from the date of purchase.

Returns FAQs

  1. Can I return my product if I change my mind?
    Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if there’s an issue with your order, such as receiving the wrong product or a damaged item, we’re here to help!
  2. What should I do if my product is damaged or defective?
    Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We’ll happily send a replacement if available, or issue store credit for the value of the damaged product.
